Because our car lot is a virtual one, they get to do all their car shopping from their own homes, taking all the time we need. We won’t have you acting as a salesman, following them around, and trying any “schtick” out on them. They do things their way, on their own time, and if any questions come up for them, they just give us a call and ask!
Fourth is our way of helping them get financing. We will train you to work directly with banks and other lenders to get our customers deals they love, deals with low interest rates, low monthly payments, and fair, reasonable terms. We handle most of the annoying paperwork for them – not so much fun for us in itself, but great fun in that we make sure our customers are happy.
Fifth is our customer service. This, in addition to answering customers’ questions and helping with financing, is where you come in. Our attitude toward our customers is that we owe them everything in terms of our very existence as a leasing company. We go out of our way to make sure their leasing experience is smooth, easy on them, and happy.
